The County of Vaduz comes into being
1396
The County of Vaduz becomes directly subordinate to the empire, and thus comes under the direct authority of the Emperor
1434-37
Unification of the Uplands (County of Vaduz) and the Lowlands (Dominion of Schellenberg)

Prince Johann Adam Andreas purchases the Dominion of Schellenberg and the County of Vaduz

Elevation of Vaduz and Schellenberg to the Imperial Principality of Liechtenstein
